There Are No Grey Areas in Sustainable Municipal Finance
01 Who We Are
Advisory is a specialist consulting firm dedicated to strengthening sustainable financial and accounting practices within South Africa’s municipalities.
With decades of combined experience, our team helps local government institutions navigate complex financial environments, from mSCOA reform and audit preparation to long-term financial planning and performance improvement.
We go beyond consulting. We collaborate, guide, and build capacity, helping municipalities operate with transparency, accountability, and measurable results.
02 How We Work
Our work is grounded in clarity and real-world application. Through our proven process cycle (analysis, review, training, monitoring, and evaluation) we develop solutions that deliver lasting impact rather than temporary fixes.
We believe that finance should never be clouded by uncertainty. Every project is designed to strengthen systems, upskill teams, and create a clear link between financial accountability and service delivery.
